Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order until delivery.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
